By creating an account or booking through a BizPilot page, you agree to these terms.

The service

BizPilot AI is business software for appointments, customers, sales, invoices, and optional messaging. Features that need third-party APIs (WhatsApp, email, Stripe) only send when you connect valid keys.

Your data

You own the business data you enter. You are responsible for having permission to store customer phone numbers and to message them, including WhatsApp opt-in rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use BizPilot to spam, impersonate others, or break WhatsApp, email, or payment provider policies.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Demo data is for evaluation.
