Privacy policy

BizPilot AI (“we”) provides business software at bizpilotai.work. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website, the dashboard, public booking pages, and messaging integrations such as email and WhatsApp.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password hash, and optional phone.
• Business data you enter: customers, products, appointments, invoices, sales, and messages.
• Booking details submitted by your customers (name, phone, email, service, time).
• Technical logs: IP address, browser, and security events.

How we use it

We use this data to run your account, send booking and invoice messages you request, improve the product, and keep the service secure. We do not sell customer lists.

WhatsApp and email

If you connect WhatsApp Business API or Resend, messages you choose to send are transmitted through those providers. Incoming WhatsApp webhooks may store the customer’s phone number and message text in your BizPilot inbox.

Retention and rights

You can export or delete business data from Settings. Contact privacy@bizpilotai.work to request account deletion. We keep backups for a limited period for disaster recovery.
